It's an old rental that has seen better days that's the downside.
The good side is that it's the big house on top of the hill.
It's three blocks north of Sunset and three blocks west of Alvarado on the border of Echo Park & Silverlake . Before we go any further I can't stress this enough , we DO NOT allow film crews or pets. No exception ever.
Like I said it's old it's a 1905 craftsman bungalow with an amazing view of the Hollywood sign the Griffith park observatory, Hollywood and Century city and the whole west side.
Yes the Paint is peeling, the floors need replaced but the bed is a nice pillow top bed it is very comfortable the AC works pretty well and parking isn't so bad until 9 PM, then it get's a little sticky . The 3rd guest is stuck on a futon in the living room.
We can't have children under 10 because they tend to throw things into the floor heater.
We don't accept pets, bad experiences in the past make me not trust your precious not to make a mess. Sorry .Don't ask. If you show up with a pet the deal is off. And Please no smoking, the next guest might not appreciate the smell. And again NO FILM CREWS.
It's a duplex and you get half except the room in back it's locked. It's where we keep the linens and cleaning supplies.
Interaction with guests
It is very quiet. There are families living on the grounds they will help you with whatever information you need.
Check my guide book for fun stuff to do.
Other things to note
I like to cook so a lot of times but not always there will be something to eat before ya head out to the nightlife. Monday night is pasta night. If you smell the BBQ smoke it never hurts to ask.
No Film Crews ever no Pets no exceptions.
We want you to have fun but it's very quiet here and we like it that way no raging parties.
Please smoke on the porch.
