You will be within a minute of the tourist office or the Town Hall, Cours Mirabeau with its beautiful fountain "la Rotonde" and the statue of Paul Cézanne, but also 200 meters away from trendy bars and restaurants galore that will welcome you.

Fully renovated studio.
No steps to climb, you will be on one level, you will have a view of the street (very little traffic). A wrought iron gate made manually by an ironworker for good security will separate you, a double glazed bay window that will soundproof the apartment 95% and you will also have an electrically operated PVC louvered curtain to isolate you from the outside world, an embroidered cotton curtain will completely obscure you from view when you raise the louvered curtain.
