The room is just as described- tranquil and a great place to rest. Sue is a wonderful host and has provided everything you could need in the room. Situated in a quiet road but still very close to Bath City centre it is an ideal spot to base yourself to explore the city. Nearby there is an excellent deli/cafe and an independent coffee shop. I would certainly recommend staying here and as I have to go to Bath regularly for business I plan to return.

Sue's place is a delight - stylish, tranquil, in a lovely side street but very close and convenient to Bath city centre. Breakfast was delicious. I had a wonderful stay.

Sue's home is one of the most comfortable and gorgeous homes I've been to. It was private, neat, and the biscuits she provided are simply delicious. Cozy doesn't even begin to describe it. 10min walk to Bath Spa and 20min walk to everything you need to/want to see. She also provides yummy healthy breakfasts!

This is a really high-quality room exceeding expectations across the board. Immaculate; very comfortable bedding and really nice touches like a selection of shampoos etc, Shower as good as a 5 star hotel. The house is in a very quiet location but only 10 minutes walk to the station. Although in the attic, there are good roof windows with blackout blinds so I had a comfortable night. Recommended.

Bath is a lovely place and Sue's house is in a great location. The room/en-suite was clean and modern, leading to a pleasant one night stay.

Sue's room was perfect in every way. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and had plenty of storage and the house is situated in a very safe and peaceful area of Bath. It was easy to reach by bus from the station and just a few stops. It was allso an easy walk to the local shops and restaurants and quite a quick walk into the City Centre. The rain shower was wonderful and Sue had everything possible you could think of for your use in terms of bathroom requirements. I loved the owls hooting in the woods at night and the birds singing in the morning through the velux windows. Sue and her husband were warm, friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The steps to the second floor are rather narrow, but I managed a quite heavy suitcase and this is pointed out as unsuitable for some in the room description, so no surprise. I would highly recommend a stay here.
