About this listing
A 1900’s barn renovated into an open floor plan that has spectacular year round mountain and pastoral views. Located between Dupont and Pisgah Forest Barn and 10 minutes from Brevard this house sleeps 7 comfortably. It has 4 Bedrooms 3 Baths.
The barn feels like it is in the remote mountains with the year round, panoramic views, but is within easy driving distance to Brevard with all the restaurants and entertainment. It was this feeling of remoteness and peacefulness coupled with the stress-free close drive home from a night out that led us to buy this property. The barn is close to both Pisgah Forest and Dupont Park so driving or biking to the mountains is a quick and scenic drive and other places around Asheville and Hendersonville are within easy reach. The sun-filled open rooms with the mountain views were also deal makers and we hope you enjoy the house as we do.
Guest have access to the entire 2000 plus square feet of living space on the main level except for part of the owners closet in one of the master bedrooms.

I love the beach and the mountains. I like trying new things and meeting new and interesting people. I like being able to experience different cultures. My wife and I lived in Charleston for several years and enjoyed having a bed and breakfast out of our unique home that had been a German Catholic Church. So having another unique home, that was once a working barn, is not all that unfamiliar to us. We enjoyed hosting many guests through the years, and hope you enjoy your stay at Barnhouse and enjoy the surrounding area as much as we do
