The private dock is 16'x24'. Please be aware that it has approximately 4' of water at summer pool (359'). Kentucky Lake water levels can fluctuate significantly and can be checked online. The availability and water depth at the dock are not guaranteed.

For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior of the property and do not have views of any interior spaces.
