The space

We are equipped to receive 5 adults and 3 children. The property is 1,200 square meters. It is located totally barded with beach access. You and your family will sleep in two totally new bungalows with luxury finishes, equipped with mini split air conditioning, WIFI, private bathroom and hot water. You will spend the day in a newly remodeled palapa that will keep you safe from mosquitoes, with totally new kitchen and full bathroom, where you can enjoy the breeze and the noise of the air in the palm trees.
Guest access
The property will be reserved exclusively for your family. There is a caretaker who will give you access to the villa and who can assist you if you require guidance or some type of service, such as coconut water, a bonfire on the beach, or cleaning or kitchen staff. The property has direct beach access. As with all properties in this subdivision, to get to the seashore you must travel along a sandy path approximately 150 meters away. Please note that by federal law this is the minimum distance that houses can be from the sea. On the beach we have a small palm palapa to shelter you from the sun.
Other things to note
Bringing food is recommended as there are not many restaurants or service stores. There are two refrigerators and a horizontal freezer on the property for your use. We'll also provide you with a jug of water. Please bring beach towels, as the bath towels we provide cannot be taken to the sand. If you want a barbecue, we can lend it to you. Make sure you bring charcoal. Please note that it is our wish to maintain a family atmosphere and cordiality with our neighbors. Avoid loud music at all times and minimize noise after 10:30 PM. We also do not allow events such as weddings or baptisms.
The palapa has a kitchen area and full bathroom. The palapa's windows will protect you from mosquitoes. In this area you will find a gas grill, refrigerator and horizontal freezer. We ask you to operate these appliances with care. For example, we recommend not storing too much food in the refrigerator because that impacts its operation (better use the horizontal freezer.) We'll also provide you with melamine plates, glasses, cutlery, and cooking pans. If you use these utensils, we ask that you leave them clean after your stay ends. This way, you help us avoid raising the price we charge for cleaning.
Our property is surrounded by gardens and plants and is located in a tropical area. Therefore, the presence of some insects such as ants, mosquitoes, and the like is inevitable, especially in the rainy season. We choose not to fumigate with toxic substances to respect the flora and fauna. We recommend bringing repellent.
Drainage from all the facilities is through a septic tank. Please do not throw too much paper in the toilets because that can cause blockages. Please check the proper functioning of the toilets at the beginning of your stay.
Conserve water as best you can so you don't run out of it (for example, check that no faucet or pool hose is left open). The water is extracted from wells and the process is time-consuming.
When using the pool, hammocks, and any part of the property, be careful and always supervise your children to avoid accidents. There is no lifeguard service and there are no clinics nearby.
Before using the pool, shake off the sand in the outdoor shower. To protect your privacy, we won't clean the pool during your stay, so try to keep it clean. Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool. Glass containers are especially forbidden.
Cell phone coverage is not very good. Because it is a rural area, the WiFi speed is just over 5 megabytes. The router is located in bungalow number 2. The further away you are from that unit, the less internet there will be.
If you like to visit a nearby attraction, you can go to the Pantanos de Centla Interpretation Center or the city of Frontera.
