Steps away from St Clair West: a uniquely inviting and affordable street to shop and eat. Grocery stores, drug stores also accessible on foot. Ten minute walk from Joseph Piccininni Community Centre, one of the largest facilities in Toronto with both indoor and outdoor pools with drop-in visit timeslots; and Earlscourt Park, a 12.6 hectare park at Caledonia Road and St. Clair Avenue West. This park features a lit artificial turf soccer field, a lit multipurpose sports field and track, a ball diamond, four tennis courts, basketball court, volley ball court, a dog off-leash area, a children's playground, a wading pool and many walking paths.
Located on Lauder Avenue which is a 5 minutes streetcar ride to St Clair West which provides access to all the attractions in our beautiful downtown Toronto or just a few subway stops north to Yorkdale Mall. Steps away from Dufferin bus which drops you off at Exhibition Place.

Checkout is 10 am and Check-in is 4 pm. Late Checkouts / early Check-ins will be accommodated where possible; however can only be guaranteed a week in advanced of stay as it is dependant on the other bookings we have.
As this is a private unit on the second and third floor of a home with other tenants in other units we expect any Airbnb tenants to be respectful of the other units. While we want you to enjoy your stay and have a good time, we have a strict NO LOUD LATENIGHT PARTY POLICY. ABOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS; smoking on balcony and in backyard is permitted. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. Thanks!
