Private Large Catskill House. WiFi. Air,conditioning. Bonfire pit. Barbecue grill. 11 bedrooms 4 baths. 2 open acres with barn game room. Great for weddings. Sleeps 26. 5 minutes to swimming hole in Prattsville. Minutes to skiing at Hunter and Windham. Close to Phoenicia for tubing fly-fishing and dining. 30 minutes to Woodstock. Wedding destination. $30 per person per night after the 16th person. Same day turnover is 10AM check out, 4pm check in. Bring towels, soaps. 9pm noise ordinance.

The space
This is a private property and no one else lives here. When the guests rent, they rent the entire property. No manager or caretaker present. There is one review that talks about property manager with a big dog living there. That was a temporary 4 day thing when the manager was having his own place renovated.
This house is one of the largest vacation houses in the Catskills. The house can accommodate 26 on the beds. Our 11 bedroom 4 bath house is private, with over 5000 sq ft of living space. It has wifi 2 livingrooms with and a huge livingroom/diningroom and a large EIK. We have a couple of flat and very usable acres. It is great for large groups.
We are only about 7 minutes from Hunter Mountain and close to several Lakes. If we have a same day turnover check out will be at 10AM and check in after 4pm.
Normal time checking in time is 3pm or earlier if we do not have a same day check out. Bring your towels, garbage bags, soaps and detergent.

We are surrounded by fields and Mountains. Fresh air, privacy. There is a swimming hole just minutes down the road. 5 minutes to Supermarkets, skiing, Restaurants.
