These are two properties that are adjacent to each other both owned by us. They are similar in all aspects be it layout, furniture, kitchenware, and art work that has been collected from all over the world.

They share a rather large patio and the pool. Patio has plenty of furniture for outdoor dining & sun bathing etc. It also has multiple BBQ grills. Pool is never a frequently used area as guests tend to step directly to the beach from patio.

My wife and I use one property for our use when we travel there. When we are not in FL we tend to rent our side to the repeat guests (most of our guests repeat year after year).

The house location is stunning and breath taking. Watching the sunset from the living room balcony is a privilege. The house is large with lots of space for a big family to stay comfortably.

This place was excellent – extremely spacious and well-equipped; the only glitch is we didn’t have email for the first few days because of an error in the password. Despite contacting the service, nobody came to the unit. We eventually cracked the code!

I rented both sides of this home for a gathering of 6 women. (Only one unit is listed on AirBnB). It was a great experience overall. The location is nice and easy to get to. Quite a few things close enough to walk to. The balconies, sunsets, and direct access to the beach were perfect. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc. However, the number of towels was quite limited and no pool or beach towels (except the ones I left there). You'll also want to bring any toiletries you need. The only thing provided was one small, hotel type bar soap per bathroom. No cleaning supplies or dish soap. This wasn't a huge deal, just not what I've been used to with other AirBnB's. The pictures in the listing show rooms from both units which can be misleading. The majority of the photos are from the other unit. The living room photo with the glass tables is the correct one for this listing. The bed frame in the master was VERY squeaky. So much so, the person in that room opted to move the mattress (which happens to be an air mattress) to the floor to try to sleep. This is how she slept for our entire stay, even after contacting maintenance at property management.

Great location - right on the beach - but the property was very tired, a bit grotty and desperately needs an upgrade. Very disappointed in the beds - particularly the master bed - couldn't move in it, it was so squeaky. Fridge rusted - outdoor furniture of cheapest quality - balcony was dirty - some of the furnishing were in very poor shape. The yellowed headrest from previous occupants grease on the grey leather swivel chair a particular highlight. The actual cleanliness of the floors in the house should have been a lot better - were dirty and still sandy - cleaners may have swept but certainly not washed or mopped. Our kids feet were filthy within two minutes. Very disappointed in the quality particularly given the cost for the 5 nights. We have rented in other parts of the country and for that money the quality of the accommodation has been far superior - perhaps this is just the general quality (or lack of) in this area of Florida. We had a good holiday - thankfully weather was great and we were out of the apartment most of the day - the area is probably the nicest in that area - maybe Passe a Grille has more charm. Decent restaurants, very nice beach, great sunsets. Just a shame the accommodation wasnt up to our expectations. Sorry!

Amazing views of the gulf and sunsets daily! Great place to stay for a great value. We enjoyed the kooky coconut (small restaurant/ice cream shop steps from the house) and the separate levels of the house. The weather didn't quite cooperate to use the pool except for our first evening of our stay. The place is very nice. Thank you!
