Our property is a beautifully renovated and luxurious house in one of the bests areas in the touristic town of Dorado. A living room with a 49 screen smart tv with Cable TV, YouTube and more. It have bedrooms with smart tvs perfect for your family or couples. There is a parking spot inside the property with garage automatic door. Ac in all rooms and now a 550 gallons Water Reserve System. For better security cameras are using. We cannot guarantee continued Wi-Fi operation by provider problems.

The space
The only space not available for our guess are the parking lots behind the house. We have a small apartment rented in that area totally apart of the house.

Only advance registration or check in to our property will be authorized when we do not have another guest the day before your reservation. Registration in advance more than 2 hour be charged at the price per night established.

Late check-out will be charged at the price established per night and will only be authorized depending on the availability of the property. If you make a reservation and not receive the box of keys code 24 hours before check in time call immediately to your host. Don’t send text messages please make a voice call to your host.

If any of the interior doors remains closed, to open it you have to insert a straight wire or a thin screwdriver through the hole of the lock and push it. You can also use the grip of a metal clothespin after straightening it.

We can use photos of our cameras to determine the number of guests and identify them for security reasons and correction of reservations.

Other things to note
To use the washing machine, make sure that the water stopcock is open. This key is located at the exit of the kitchen door. Likewise, if you are going to use the dryer, make sure that the gas tank tap is open. Both must be closed after termination of use.
