A cosy one bedroom apartment with room for 2-4 people in the attractive and quiet neighborhood Frederiksberg. Close to supermarkets, parks, bus and metro.
The apartment is perfect for both couples and small families with its big, bright rooms and simple interior.
The building is from 1856, which means the apartment has bright, old wooden floors and high ceiling with stucco.
The apartment has 65 kvm.
The furnishing is simple and warm with a lot of room for display and a touch of retro.
I love cacti, which you will find in the whole apartment.
The dining room offers a long dining table with room for 6 seats.
Where the living room offers a couch, an armchair for relaxing, a TV, and a working space, if needed.
In the bedroom you will find a TV as well (with only few channels) and a 140 cm wide bed.
The place is perfect for 2 people, while 2 people can sleep in the living room, where you will find a sofa, which also can be a small sofa bed, if necessary.
The kitchen contains a large fridge, and my favorite: the espresso-machine, which can make a delicious cafe-latte or espresso :)
Furthermore the kitchen has a washing machine, which you will have to move to get down to the backyard and garbage, since its blocking the backdoor.
You will have access to the whole apartment and everything in it. You will be the only ones staying here and can live the way you would at home.
There is also a backyard, which you are absolutely free to use. It is especially amazing in summer and has large tables and chairs and umbrellas as well as bbqs.
If you are renting a bike, you are free to put it in the basement.

Three years ago i bought my beautiful apartment, but since my family lives in South Denmark and I love to visit them too, I leave my apartment behind, all alone.
