Martigues is the "Venice of Provence" - sometimes after periods of wind there may be smells of mud coming up from the pipes.

* CHECK-IN: In order to better welcome you, please let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, between 4pm and 10pm. The day before your arrival, we will contact you by phone or email, using the number or address attached to your profile, to give you check-in instructions. Please make sure we can reach you at this number.
* AVAILABILITY: We are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, by phone and messaging. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or needs during your stay.
* BABY EQUIPMENT: If you are traveling with children, we recommend having a stroller or car seat delivered directly to the apartment, airport or SNCF station. You can book this service with our partner Baby On A Trip at least 48 hours in advance. Their website makes it easy for you to book online.
* NO SMOKING: we would like to emphasize that our accommodation is non-smoking. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee of €200. Please take your garbage down before checking out permanently.
* welcome KIT: . We will also provide you with welcome products such as soaps, toilet paper and garbage bags. These products are there to help you start your stay with peace of mind. However, please note that their amount may vary depending on your personal consumption.
* LINENS: A kit of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival, based on one kit per bed per stay
* NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that the use of the apartment is strictly for the people mentioned in the reservation. Any unauthorized presence will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or an additional fee of €100 per additional guest per stay.
* emergency INTERVENTION: In case of emergency requiring our intervention, we will be available to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 and 18:00.
* RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR: We ask you to use the apartment and its amenities responsibly and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood especially between 10PM and 8am.
