Authentic place, one of the oldest house in the hystorical center of Perledo, Cà Mia have been refurbished maintaining the original appeal. The house is surrounded by nature and offer a stunning view over lake of Como.
A great place, just outside of mainstream tourism, to rest and have breakfast on the beautiful terrace while planning your day in the area.
Our goal is to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the place offering the best quality/cost available in the area. City Tax NOT included

Beautiful old house refurbished maintaining the original structure. 2 private bedrooms are available, one single and one double. (This is the single). On the same floor, there are the shared spaces: a terrace with stunning lake view, a dining room and the bathroom.
Please take note that the other room can have guests too!

I am a reserved person which lives in the nature most of the times with two wonderful dogs. They are my friends and family and I really can't live without them. What I like most is the outdoors, so I am always looking for wandering in the forest and practicing old and lost arts. Such as woodworking, building a bind with nature and navigating the wilderness.
