1 Greenacres is a large 5 bedroom detached home suitable for 2 families to enjoy the stunning Gower peninsula. Local amenities such as Supermarket, Ice cream parlour and restaurants are all close by. Stunning beaches and coastal walks. A short drive from Mumbles with even more choice of restaurants and bars. We are only 8 Minutes from The Old Walls and Fairy Hill wedding venues and less than 20 mins from The Oxwich Bay Hotel. 1 Greenacres is the perfect base for a Gower Coast escape.

The space
One Greenacres is a modern, generously proportioned property. It comprises of 5 spacious bedrooms (one of which is situated on the ground floor) a large living dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, smaller snug/sitting room and 2.5 bathrooms.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and grounds. The only spaces not accessible to guests are the garages and shed.

Up to 50% discounts available for 28 night bookings during low season. Please contact us for further details. Bathrooms at the property are located on the first floor. One of which is a full master bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The other is an en-suite to the master bedroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. On the ground floor of the property there is a smaller WC with toilet and washbasin only.

Rows of little terraced houses, with fantastic views, line the roads in the centre of the village.

An amazing ice cream parlour “GG’s at the estuary” is perfectly situated within Penclawdd itself.


“The Roma Fish Bar” is also ideally located in the village serving the best “deep fried cockles” when in season. “Penclawdd Cockles” are renowned for being some of the best in the world.

Penclawdd is conveniently located for the many things Swansea has to offer. The city itself and beautiful Mumbles are around 15 minutes away, but Penclawdd is also rural enough that a selection of Gower’s most stunning beaches are only 15 mins drive.
Rhossili, Llangennith, Oxwich Bay and Port Eynon being just a few of the most well loved spots on Gower.
