Relax in mountainside serenity in this spacious garden terrace, 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette, full bath, exercise equipment, big screen tv, air hockey table, including patio, picnic table, and grill. Easy access (10 minute drive or less) to Camden, Rockport, and Rockland. This apartment boasts mountain and ocean views with hiking and mountain bike trails just steps away.

The space
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this garden terrace apartment features two generous bedrooms with a queen size bed, dresser, and desk in each room. The open floor plan family room, eating area and kitchenette is full of light. The kitchenette contains a microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, electric kettle, coffee maker, sink, and full size refrigerator/freezer. This apartment is the bottom floor of a three story private home. The patio has a full size gas grill and a picnic table and is surrounded by gardens, trees, lawn, and looks out on to the mountains of Rockport. There are two parking spaces in the driveway available for your use. Guests must be able to walk up and down stairs as the entrance from the parking area is down several steps.
The neighborhood has ponds for fishing, hiking/mountain bike trails, and ocean views.
