The history of our house and its garden began in 1890–the Ottoman Empire times when builded in the middle of lovely fruit-gardens.Our grandfather bought the house and became the third owner in 1975.In 2011 we opened the cafe in the garden and called ‘Sera House’.It’s decorated with the old furnitures from the house and it's very popular in Uskudar district because of it's unique garden and nostalgic ambiance.And now we welcome you at our mansion and hope you feel like at home and share memories.

The space
Our house has three floors and five rooms.
There is a family suite and a double room on the first floor and a common hall with a dining table. On the second,there is also a family suite and double room and common sitting area with a dining table.On the last floor, we only have an attic room with a balcony. Our house is furnished with antique furniture, fine taste in line with the past and has all the equipment in terms of technology and comfort.

Guest access
You can waste time with your family in the common halls of the house, can work with high quality wi-fi or enjoy our garden and also taste the flavors of Turkish and international cuisine in our cafe 'Sera House' where we serve your breakfast. The breakfast starts at 9:00 am and we have late service to make you feel like at home. You may have room service during the day.
The cafe ends at 22:30 pm.

Our house is located in the heart of the city but more quite and peaceful than the Europen side. It takes 10 min. walk to Uskudar seaside and 10 min. boat trip to the old city Sultanahmet, Besiktas, Dolmabahce or Ortakoy. It's also nearby to the districts as Kadıkoy, Beylerbeyi and Kuzguncuk...
