This very cosy, newly renovated 3-rooms apartment (92m²) is located in the very best neighbourhood of Berlin - Kreuzberg. It is located in a very quiet street, however literally only a minute away from cafes, bars and the canal, where you can enjoy Berlin’s unique atmosphere to the outmost. The flat is comprised of 2 bedrooms (the one shown in the pictures is the one offered), one living-room and a spacious kitchen with adjoined dining area and balcony. It has a main bathroom (with a bathtub and a shower) and a guest WC.
You will have access to all common areas, which we will be sharing – kitchen/dining room, living room and bathrooms and the balcony, especially if you are a smoker. You will have your own WC, though it is not en suite. It is a fully equipped flat with a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils etc.
Interaction with guests
During your stay I will most probably be in the flat too – except if I am travelling for work. Hence if you are planning a dinner or similar just let us coordinate. It goes without saying that I would do the same. I am happy to give advice on Berlin and things to do – I have been living in this city on and off for the last 20 years and it has won my heart.
Other things to note
Especially if you come for a short stay, you will have access to coffee, tea and the essentials for cooking (oil, herbs, salt etc) so that you will not have to purchase big quantities you will never get to use up. 4 minutes down the road there is a fantastic bakery for your breakfast rolls. For longer stays we can discuss arrangements.
As I am often travelling I have no pets, but I have nothing against if you have a dog that needs to stay in the flat, too. For smokers – I do sympathise being an ex smoker myself but please restrict smoking to the balcony. Downloading peer to peer movies or music is prohibited in Germany and rather costly if you do it. Hence I will ask you to refrain from it and to leave me a passport copy...
