Great small house in quiet. It convenient part of Cape May. Two bedrooms (queen plus queen + twin). Equipped with everything except linens (as stated). Dana was a great host. Not in the center of town, but a quick walk to town or beach, plus right near some excellent restaurants.

We absolutely loved this cottage and could not have felt more at home. It was easy, convenient, relaxing and completely enjoyable. A few little things I especially appreciated was the bathroom sink console which was very roomy compared to some and also the nightstands in the first floor bedroom which also had plenty of space, things that you don't think about but are so nice especially when traveling. Also the laundry had easy access (by the bathroom and first fl bdrm) and there was an ironing board! We loved the overall layout and outdoor spaces. We had some inclement weather and felt so comfortable at the cottage playing legos on the coffee table and games in the screened in table area, it felt very airy and cozy (screened doors open on every side of the living area). The location is perfect, feels tucked away but have so much only 1-2 blocks away in one direction and then great beach not more than a 5-10 minute walk the other direction and Washington Mall area very walkable too. Doc Mike's Pancake House is a two minute walk and probably one of the best breakfast places in Cape May. At first it may seem a little pricier but our breakfast check was pretty much the same every morning dining at the various wonderful and yummy bfast spots. (There are also two pizza shops by Doc Mike's, easy for picking up quick lunch or in a pinch). AND the lighthouse is only a 5 minute drive where the beach is beautiful for wandering and taking in the sunset. Dana was very reachable and a pleasure to communicate with. We can only hope to stay back at the cottage again soon!

I came down for July 4th week with our two adult sons, and we loved our visit at Peter's! It was the perfect beach cottage, complete with outdoor shower (as well as indoor). If you want granite counter tops, etc, this is not your place. If you want well furnished, charming, quiet, well landscaped, about four blocks from the beach, then this is it. There are amenities like tv w/ roku, dishwasher, washer & dryer, but it is definitely cozy and not fussy. It has a twin bed and two queens in 2 total bedrooms, as well as a pull out double sofa in the living room. We found ample pots/pans, cleaning supplies, etc. If we have the chance to go back to Cape May, I would absolutely try to rent this place again.

This was our second stay at Peter's house. It is a short 10 min walk from the beach, the home is spacious and comfortably fits 5 adults. It has a lovely, private backyard where we spent most evenings. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay at Peter's again.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Peter's wonderful beach house. It was perfect for our family. The location was a manageable distance from the beach and main town center. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. Aside from sheets for the queen and twin sized beds and our towels, everything we needed was there. Peter was very responsive and the house had a great binder of information and recommendations which we appreciated. Our two older kids slept in the upstairs room in the queen and twin beds, which they loved. We really only had one issue due to a mix up with the cleaning person, who arrived an hour early and told us checkout was 10:00, contrary to the information on Airbnb. Overall, we had a great time and truly loved the house. We will definitely be looking to at Peter's house stay again next year.

Beautiful week in Cape May at this lovely beach cottage. It was everything we needed for a girls' getaway for my 30th birthday. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the heart of town. Sunsets and sunrises made the week extra special. We were able to grill, play lawn games, watch movies on the Roku, and have morning coffee on the rocking chairs out front. Such a pleasure to stay here!!
