The space
Come lounge in style with this newly remolded single-family house in the Shawmut area of Boston. This house has a lot of space and amenities that will make your stay go by with ease. It is a 6 bedroom and 3 full bathroom house. When you open the door, you walk into this gorgeous foyer with a beautiful chandelier. The house has an open concept first floor with an oversized kitchen open to the dining room and living room areas of the house. Inside the living room is a comfortable couch and loveseat. You can easily fall asleep or enjoy a good movie while relaxing here. The couch overlooks a ROKU 55” TV with full premium cable connected. The living room is open to the dining room that seats a 6-person dining table with another 55” ROKU TV on the dining room wall. This TV can be used while eating or cooking in the kitchen.

Inside the kitchen, it features 2 separate islands. On the main island connected to the dining room features a small bar sink, a Samsung gas stove and additional cabinets. There is seating off the island as well as modern and fashionable lights above the island. Inside the kitchen there is a fridge with an ice/water dispenser, a good size countertop, a farmer’s sink and dishwasher, as well as a bay window over the sink to enjoy while doing dishes. The laundry room is to the right of the kitchen with newly installed Samsung Washer and Dryer. There is a panty to the left of the kitchen for additional storage. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor that includes a toilet, Bluetooth exhaust fan as well as a standing shower with a bench.

On the 2nd floor of the home, there are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds with designer bed frame, dresser and nightstands. Most of the bedrooms are equipped with a desk and chair. The other bedroom has a king size bed. The last bedroom on the floor is a full-size bed frame overlooking the sunny bay window. All rooms have TVs with full premium cable connection and Smart TVs. Each closet is comprised of mirror doors and have shelves and rods within the closet. In addition, there is another full bathroom on the 2nd floor with a jacuzzi tub and another Bluetooth exhaust fan. Enjoy music while relaxing inside of the bathtub.

On the 3rd floor of the home, there are another 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. These bedrooms are unique and breath taking with vaulted ceiling and recessed lighting.
