Welcome to your cozy mountain basecamp in Angel Fire!

This comfy, updated 2 bedroom condo is 200 yards from the ski lift and walkable to dining and drinks.

The space is tastefully designed for you to cook up a storm in the modern kitchen, have a game night, or relax with a binge-worthy show on the 55” Smart TV. All of the beds are so comfortable you'll be asking me for recommendations after your stay.

Whether you’re chasing fresh snow or cool mountain air, my chalet is ready for you.

The space
This well-equipped, updated condo is located just steps from the Angel Fire ski resort and perfect for families, remote workers, groups and anyone looking for high elevation luxury stay.

Please note there are 8 steps to access the front porch and front door.

Kitchen & Dining:

Cook a pre-adventure breakfast or serve up some Apre-ski snacks, your own kitchen and bar are just steps from the chairlift. The fully functional kitchen includes:

- Dishwasher, range, microwave, and air-fry oven setting

- Blender, toaster, and drip coffee maker with stainless steel filter, local coffee grounds provided

- Pots, pans, knives, and plenty of table settings

- Baking sheets, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and basic spices

- Enough dishwasher soap for at least one load, and a roll of paper towels

The dining table is set for four, but can comfortably seat six with the included leaf and extra chairs.

Living Room:

Relax in the cozy living room centered around a wood-burning fireplace and 55” Smart TV. I provide at least enough wood for your first fire; additional bundles can be found at local market (Lowes), just a short drive away. Ready to watch a movie? Netflix is preloaded and ready to use — feel free to log into your own streaming services too.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

- Main Bedroom (First Level): King bed (perfectly firm), dedicated workspace with a desk, Smart TV, and private thermostat.

- First Floor Bathroom: Full bath with a shower/tub combo.

- Loft Bedroom (Second Level): Two queen beds in an open loft overlooking the living room, with a double vanity bathroom, shower, and toilet. A large ceiling fan with a remote keeps it comfortable year-round.

Guest access
Guests have access to the front porch, ski locker (on front porch), entire condo unit, as well as the back balcony (excluding storage box).
