You will have access to the complete unit, including the pool. Parking is also included, though the parking lot does not have designated spots. If the lot is full, there is plenty of street parking outside the building.
Other things to note
Please note that our condo is an animal-free environment due to allergies. To maintain a safe and comfortable space for all guests, any animals found in the unit without prior consent will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit. The condo association strictly enforces a no-pet policy.
