Ideally located, close to the CHU and downtown, "La Casetta" will bring you all the comforts for a great stay in Limoges. The house is attached to ours but it is perfectly independent and has two private and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. The interior has been completely renovated, the decoration is neat and everything is new.
For a business or private trip, we will be delighted to welcome you!

The space
We renovated this house with the utmost care: new bedding, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron, TV with Netflix and Prime subscriptions included, high-speed fiber Internet, two bikes...

The accommodation is on one level (only 2 small steps at the front door).
It has two air-conditioned bedrooms (hot and cold air), one with a double bed (160 X 200) and the other with three single beds (+ baby cot if needed). Each bedroom includes closets to store all your belongings. Sheets are included and the beds will be made upon arrival.
The toilets are independent and you will find household accessories (vacuum cleaner, steam cleaner, broom).
In the hallway that connects the two bedrooms is a nice little bathroom, also new. Towels and bath mats are included, as well as soap, shampoo and hair dryer.
The living room is connected to the kitchen by a large glass wall that illuminates the entire room. If necessary, the living room table has an extension cord. From the living room, you will have access to your terrace, perfectly equipped to enjoy outdoor dining: extendable table (4 to 6 people), garden furniture and colored lighting to create a different atmosphere each evening!
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking: a large fridge freezer, induction stove, electric oven and microwave, Dolce Gusto classic and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many accessories. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. At your disposal: coffee, tea, sugar and the basics for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar).

We also leave tenants two bikes (men's and women's size) in the garden shed. It will take you less than ten minutes to get to the city center.

Shopping is easy! The accommodation is located across from a supermarket (Super U with gas station). A few steps away, you will also find an organic food store, a butcher and two bakeries.

The house does not have private parking but you can park for free and very easily on the street, right next to the house or in the supermarket parking lot. The neighborhood is quiet and when the store closes at 7:30 p.m., the street is very quiet.

In order to guarantee the right rental price, we ask our kind tenants to clean at the end of the stay and to make the accommodation as clean as it was on arrival :-)

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home with its two fenced exteriors, at the front and back (furnished terrace) as well as the small garden shed for bicycles.
The garage and cellar will not be accessible.

As cleaning is not included in the rental price, we ask our kind tenants to make the place as clean as it was on arrival :-)
Before checking out, we kindly ask that you:
- remove your sheets, fold them on the beds
- put used bath towels in the washing machine (no need to start the machine)
- empty the dishwasher (leave nothing in the sink)
- empty the fridge and clean it
- clean the bathrooms
- vacuum
- take out your garbage (bins are located outside: blue for recycling, green for the rest)
