Other things to note
Cesa Del Louf, approximately 800 sqm, can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 5 suites with the possibility of adding an additional 9 beds (no bunk beds) accommodated in the rooms and in the annexed mezzanines.
The attention given to local and antique materials during the renovation will give you the opportunity to live the experience of staying in an old alpine hutte combining modern design and high rank comforts: 4 fireplaces, cinema room, wellness area with: swimming pool with counter-current swimming machine, hydromassage pool, sauna, Turkish bath and relax area.
The swimming pool is equipped with a professional counter current device from Endless Pool USA, which can move up to 19 cubic meters of water per minute!
The bedrooms and the living room have been furnished with antiques. All the locks on the internal doors are ancient, original and functional with its own key, each one is described in the book by Giovanni Lanaro: guests can search the aforementioned book for the description and history, for example, of the lock of their own room.
A permanent local art exhibition has been created inside, obviously reserved for guests only: the works of the Unika artists, an association of sculptors and painters from Val Gardena and the painter Raimond Mussner are on display.
The buildings are classified in energy class A1 so the heating costs (underfloor) and the related fuel consumption are very low. Being the property facing south, the large windows with special glasses heat up a lot (greenhouse effect). There are also 4 energy efficient wood stoves. There are internal air recirculation systems with filtration, fan coils in two rooms, home automation system (remote control: heating, hot water, alarm with webcam, swimming pool, whirlpool ...) electricity generator, photovoltaic system on the roof, Wifi in all rooms in the chalet and in the surrounding area.
