Walk to the beach, and to world class trails at the Nordic Center. Centrally located with 5 ski areas within a 20 minute drive. Swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts on the premises. With lots of natural light and a private deck, this is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy Tahoe living! The bike path across the street offers easy access to the restaurants and shops in downtown Tahoe City.

The space
This home receives beautiful light through tall south facing windows, and features new flooring and two freshly refinished bathrooms. Tucked away in the trees, with a vernal creek winding through the back yard, you’ll enjoy a private deck with gas BBQ, as well as a gas fireplace in the living room. Cozy down comforters keep you warm in winter, and a ceiling fan cools the space in summer. The bike path across the street provides easy access to many of Tahoe City’s attractions, and miles of trails are moments away at the Tahoe City Nordic Center.

Neighbourhood highlights

Dollar Hill is a great place to base as you can access all of Tahoe’s attractions within a couple of miles. The bike path across the street is a fun and easy way to get around while visiting. I highly recommend bringing a bike!

Skylandia and Bristlecone Beaches are walking distance, and the Sugarpine Cakery is on the way should you crave a cappuccino, a sandwich, or pastries! The Nordic Center, also a short walk, is a great place to visit any time of year, with hiking, biking, and drives of wildflowers in the warmer months, and Nordic skiing in winter.

Tahoe City is only 2 miles away with lots of fun shops and restaurants to check out. Commons Beach features a Farmers Market on Thursdays, live concerts on Sundays, and outdoor movies on Wednesdays in summer. Kayak and SUP rentals are also available on the beach and at the pier!

For food, Tahoe City offers everything from fine dining to more casual vibes, as well as two grocery stores. There’s a 7 Eleven a short walk from the townhome in case you forgot something.
