Our bright and spacious two bedroom flat is located on East Street in the heart of the city. The Festival Theatre, train station, shops, bars and restaurants are only a couple of minutes' walk away and Goodwood can be reached by car in no time at all.
Remember Shippams paste? You would probably have had it on a sandwich at some point when you were growing up. Our beautiful flat has been built on top of the factory which relocated in 2002 so don't worry, there won't be any fishy smells.
The original facade is well maintained, although now the building is occupied by two rather well known fashion stores. The original famous clock and wishbone give the building a truly unique image!
A security code gives you access to the staircase and lift taking you to the roof of Shippam House from where you will step onto the roof which has been turned into a roof top garden / relaxation area. The front door to the flat is just off there.
We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest but please treat our home with respect. Feel free to rummage through our books, DVD collection and use our board games but please return them to where you found them once you are done with them.
Please also be careful with the grand piano, it's Jon's pride and joy.
