Redwood is a charming loft conversion with views overlooking a garden, swimming pool, and farmland fields in the perfect location for both the South Downs and the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with several nearby pubs.

Situated within the quaint village of Loxwood, you can enjoy the enchanting Surrey/Sussex countryside and rich wildlife. Enjoy a drink as the sun sets over our swimming pool or a picnic looking over the stunning nearby views.

The space
Beautifully converted to a high standard, Redwood is a self-contained annexe with a separate front door accessed by an external staircase. Within the annexe, there is a living space with a smart TV, dining area, double bed, and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Due to the layout of the dormer windows and blinds, guests can enjoy privacy from the main house, while also having natural light in the space. ** Please be aware the ceiling is low in the places, due to the dormer recesses.
Please be mindful of this if you are very tall.

The kitchen features a single oven, hob, fridge, mini freezer, cooking equipment, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine with pods.

There are two mountain bikes for use, at your own risk. Also safety helmets.

The swimming pool is heated from June to September, weather temperatures permitting. Our guests are welcome to use the swimming pool during their stay.

Redwood is located on the Surrey/Sussex border in Loxwood, located 12 miles from the city of Guildford, surrounded by miles of unspoiled countryside and breathtaking beauty - the prime location for cycling, walking, and relaxation. It is a 3-minute walk to the local gastro-pub, which boasts a beer garden with beautiful views and excellent food.

There are countless walking and cycling routes along the Wey and Arun canal and Loxwood, with many public footpaths and bridleways which can be accessed directly from the property, as well as the surrounding villages. In addition to this, we are located 25 minutes from the South Downs National Park, and 15 minutes from the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are located near several National Trust properties, most notably Petworth House and Park, which is 20 minutes away.

We are 10 minutes away from the village of Cranleigh, which is known for its independent restaurants, cafés, shops, and flourishing art scene. When travelling further, we are 35 minutes from the Goodwood Estate and 50 minutes from West Wittering beach.
