Complete apartment at 300m. from the sea, very well communicated by foot, bike, bus or train, building very quiet, with pool and common gardens. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and everything needed within 500ms.

Guests will enjoy a private full apartment on the top floor of a very quiet building of only thirteen residential apartments and very nice neighbors, plus lift, pool, garage and communal gardens.

At the entrance of the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, sink and all utensils needed for cooking and washing.

Then we find the main bedroom with double bed, TV, full bathroom (shower, bidet and wc, towels, hairdryer, gel, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.), wardrobes and own terrace with table and two chairs, Ideal for summer evenings or winter evenings.

The other bedroom has a double bed, window and large closets.

In addition to towels of various sizes, several sets of sheets, blankets and duvets are included. And extra bed for children up to 3 years (request beforehand).

The area where I live is called "La Carihuela", and is the typical neighborhood where the fishermen lived, has a beautiful promenade at the edge of the sea with all sorts of bars where you can eat delicious fish (recommend the "espetos" of sardines), very varied restaurants, Supermarkets, shops, places of leisure and tourist services, and the best beaches of the coast !!
