You are warmly welcome in tiny house "Het Kokhuus". Located on the main road on the Overijssels Canal. Lemelerveld offers a small center with a supermarket, bakery, organic shop and drugstore. For a refreshing swim, you can go to Heidepark nature pool. Also there is a snack bar, Chinese takeaway and a pizza takeaway. The Lemelerberg is close by, where beautiful hiking trails and an adventurous mountain bike route have been laid out.

The space
We have converted the old kitchen house into a tiny house with an area of 12 m2. In the cottage, there is a fixed bed of 140 x 200, a kitchenette with a 2-burner induction plate, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee filter machine and kettle. There are pans and crockery etc. available. In the sanitary area, there is a sink, shower and toilet. Rent of the tiny house includes use of bed and bath linen. There is a private seating area outside the cottage

Breakfast is not included but is possible in consultation. Breakfast at €12.50 p.p. includes bread, cheese, sweet toppings, boiled egg, yogurt, juice, coffee/tea. Breakfast will be delivered to the door at the agreed time. There is a lockable space where you can store your bike and possibly charge it. Smoking is not allowed inside
