Recently renovated apartment located one minute walking distance from Piazza del Gesù and the Piazza Dante metro station. In a period building on the third floor without lift, the house consists of a large kitchen which leads to a first living room with the possibility of having additional beds. Through ancient wooden doors, you enter a second living room with walk-in closet and bathroom. The solution is completed by a large bedroom with a PC corner. There is wifi.

The space
The house is a typical nineteenth-century tuff apartment that has been completely modernized. The entrance is from a large kitchen characterized by typical chestnut beams. From here, in addition to the small Neapolitan balcony that overlooks the internal courtyard of the building, there is access to a staircase that leads to the laundry room on the lower floor and a further opening which, through two steps, leads to a first living room with a double sofa bed. The large door leads to a second living room inside which there are the walk-in closet, the large bathroom and the entrance to the double bedroom. Inside the double bedroom there is a space dedicated to the laptop. The size of the house is quite large, but as happens with typical nineteenth-century Neapolitan houses, the rooms are all communicating with each other.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire house at their disposal consisting of kitchen, laundry room, two living rooms with double sofa bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, double bedroom and, if required, and extra single bed.

Other things to note
The house is 1 minute walking distance from metro line 1 (Piazza Dante station). A 5 minute walk takes you to the Montesanto station from which you can take the metropolitan train to reach Pozzuoli (with the wonderful Roman Amphitheatre) or the Royal Palace of Caserta.

With the same metro line (line 2) you can reach the elegant Chiaia district (Piazza Amedeo stop) or, getting off at the Mergellina stop, you can admire the Art Nouveau metro station, enjoy an ice cream at the famous Ciro chalet and walk around the seaside.

Also from Montesanto station you can take the funicular that leads to the Vomero hill from which you can admire the spectacular San Martino landscape, visit Sant'Elmo Castel, the Charterhouse or have a walk along Via Scarlatti known for being one of the Neapolitan shopping streets.

The Montesanto station is also the terminus of the Cumana which is one of the main connections with the Phlegraean area. With the Cumana you can reach Torregaveta, the Pozzuoli port and therefore the Temple of Serapis.
