It’s conveniently located next to South UB Campus in Amherst and close to everything. You can get to downtown Buffalo in 10 minutes and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls.

The space
One bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with a full-size bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, air-fryer. and a refrigerator for light cooking and storing simple food.
