Our stay was pleasant. The place is 20 min walking distance from the airport and easy to find. Check in was ok, although we spent a few minutes looking for the key in the described place, while it was somewhere else. We haven't met Lucia, but communication was good, except for one incident mentioned later.
The apartment is comfortable for a couple. The advantages: good water pressure on taps and no problems with hot water, nice view, three windows making the place bright, gate closing at night. The flat is nicely furnished. No big issues but the studio could be more functional. We found no kettle and only one hob of the cooker working properly, also the dishwasher was out of service. I cooked water for tea in a pot but that didn't bother me too much as we spent most of the time outside. The bathroom could benefit from a shower curtain, as it is impossible to shower without spilling water on the floor. Having wifi also would have made the visit easier. The bed is a fold out sofa, but more comfortable than you could expect.
The studio is located 40 min walking distance from the city centre (exactly to piazza de cavour), and 10 min on the bus. It's only well communicated theoretically because the public transportation is not very reliable and you can wait for a bus up to an hour. There was no bus back home after 10 p.m., which is not what you want to find out after a long day of sightseeing.
Just before our check out an elderly gentleman with a bag of toilet roll arrived trying to get inside, and he didn't speak English. Lucia hadn't informed us he'd be coming and that was a bit uncomfortable, because I figured out he may have been coming to clean the studio and replenish on the roll, but he was an unannounced stranger after all! I asked him to come back later, pointing to the watch.
Altogether, ok stay.
