You will be seduced by its neat decoration, its bright living room with a pellet stove, its south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind.

3 beautiful bedrooms, one on the ground floor with its private bathroom.
Possibility to park 2 cars in the backyard (entrance only in reverse because it is quite narrow).

The space
The rooms are spacious and have retained the old-fashioned charm with beautiful parquet flooring. One of the bedrooms has a children's play area. Available for babies (cot, Nuna brand baby swing, high chair).
Optionally, I can provide bed linen and towels. Namely €10 per bed and €5 per towel to be paid on the day of your arrival.

Guest access
The house is only for you because we don't live there. We are 5 km away, so we can make ourselves available quickly if you encounter any difficulties.

Other things to note
Pellet stove at your disposal for the comfort of our fall and winter vacationers... or even in spring after a good day outdoors under a little Breton drizzle!
Private garage adjoining the house for motorcycle.
