This two bedroom semi-detached cottage is situated in the Fenland countryside, next to the River Lark, with fishing rights and access to miles of footpaths. Isleham, Ely, Cambridge, and Newmarket are all close by.

Built in the 1800s as a corn drying barn, the property is chock-full of rural charm. As well as peace and tranquility, the nearby countryside contains stunning wildlife including some of the rarest birds in the UK.

Well-behaved dogs welcome.

The space
The property is self-contained and semi-detached, with its own private car parking and entrance.

Next to the entrance there is an outdoor veranda suitable for use as an outdoor dining area (weather permitting )On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom (with shower over there bath). The kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher. The living room has a dining table, a two seater sofa, and a traditional wood-burner (logs included).
The stairs going to the upper floor enter into the bedroom with two single beds which then connects to the master bedroom they both have amazing views.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the property, with access to the garden and the river bank. From the river bank there are public footpaths runnings to Isleham and Prickwillow.

Other things to note
Wicken Fen and Welney wetland are in driving distance. Pricickwillow pumping museum, the historical city of Ely and Cambridge.
Also Mildenhall and Lakenheath bases are also close by.
