AIR CON & UNLIMITED WIFI. This 2 bedroom townhouse is literally 10 paces to the sand & a 20 min stroll to town via the beach or relax & take in the amazing views across the water & stunning sunsets. Enjoy quality furnishings & a well equipped kitchen & many extras including toys, games, dvds, books & boogie boards for the beach. House-trained dogs are very welcome on request & they can enjoy the pet friendly beach just outside the back door. NB $100 surcharge applies on single night bookings.

If you were any closer to the water you would be wet. Amazing views across the water to the night lights of Batemans Bay and awesome sunsets from this spacious townhouse. Literally 10 paces to the high tide mark.
Secure garage parking for your boat OR car, but plenty of parking outside.
There is a queen bed, a double bed and a single mattress which can be placed elsewhere.
Linen not included but available for a small fee of $30 pet fee per dog per stay.
Single night bookings incur a $100 surcharge.

Batemans Bay, New South Wales, Australia

Surfside in Batemans Bay is so very close to town and yet off the tourist beat. Very quiet even in summer. To the north there is a wonderful board walk upstream which does a loop through the bush. The beach out the back is estuarine so perfect for young children. It is also pet friendly so your dog will have a great holiday too.
