Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond.
There is an open plan living space.

French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

The space
Our property is in a waterfront location with direct sea views of the Solent from the living room, master bedroom and front decking. It has a large private decking to the rear, which is south facing and overlooking the countryside. The garden is fully enclosed so suitable for children and a dog.
Our property is just a short walk away from Gurnard village or Gurnard beachfront where you can walk along the promenade into the heart of Cowes.
We accept 1 small well behaved dog. Please read our house manual

Guest access
Lovely local walks as is situated on the coastal path. 2 minutes to a quiet, all year round dog friendly beach.
Three lovely local eateries and a well stocked convenience store all within walking distance. Gurnard sailing club and childrens play park also only five minutes away and the great promenade walk into Cowes. Easy parking all around the local area, no charges

I can get discounted ferry tickets. If you would like a quote msg me your vehicle details and preferred travel times.
We will accomodate a flexible check in/ out whenever possible
There is an EV charger at the property, a deposit is paid on arrival for the access card.The cost of charging is removed from the deposit.
On returning the card the balance will be returned to the guest.
