Other things to note

Please let us know if you have any special needs. We will do our best to accommodate you.

The gym is on the same floor as your apartment, but in the first building. You get there by walking to the elevator, but passing it and following the hall to the left. There you will see a door (just like the one on the floor above that takes you to the parking garage). Go through it and then go into the door of the first building. Follow that hall and you will come to the gym on your left. You will need the key you use to get into the building to open the door to the gym.

The gym is on the basement floor of the first building (which is level with the 3rd floor of your building). You get there from your apartment by going to the elevator and going to the 3rd floor. When you exit the elevator, go to the left and around the corner. There you will see a door (just like the one on the floor above that takes you to the parking garage). Go through it (you will be in an outdoor breezeway) and then go into the door of the first building. Follow that hall and you will come to the gym on your left.
** You will need the key you use to get into the building to open the door to the first building.

I know it sounds confusing, but after you walk it out, it will make sense. Please call us if you have any questions/trouble.

We were very comfortable in Christine's apartment which was conveniently located for us to explore Seattle.

Host was easy to work with and get into the place. Great views from the outdoor area. Good size for the price.

I am not sure if this host is normally this bad or if they were having a bad day. However, we, my girlfriend and I, were beleaguered by problems the moment we stepped on to the property. First of all, we couldn't get into the building using the key that was provided with us and it took multiple phone calls to get access into the building via key in code. Next the directions given weren't very helpful in finding our place. We eventually found the place, but the place definitely looks better in the picture. At least the general neighbor is quite good. However, we could only enter from the front entrance, it was a bit inconvenient to order Ubers, as it defaults the placement to the side door which we could not enter from. However, by far the biggest problem came from the last night of our stay at the place where, upon entering the room, were greeted to the scene missing bedding and moved luggage. While I did jump to the idea that the place was broken into, the bigger issue was that we had no where to sleep. All the spare bedding in the boxes were incredibly dirty and dusty, like they were used once and placed back into the box to be forgotten. This made me question the cleanliness of the bed sheets we were using. After a long phone call with the dismissive husband of Christine and having to listen to the fact they own multiple Airbnb and couldn't even keep a list of their guests, I convinced him to send their cleaner down with new sheets. After a couple of hours we finally received the sheets, quite late in the night cutting into the sleep we would need to wake up early the next day to fly back. TLDR: Poor communication, possibly terrible cleanliness, rude hosts.

Overall, great location and perfect accommodation for my trip. Christine was always on top of things and communicated frequently with important information. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Again, overall perfect for my needs. Will likely use it again if it's available. Thanks Christine.

We loved this place and I'm almost hesitant to promote this gem because I don't want to share it!! It was a wonderful home-away-from-home during our long weekend and we will look here first on future trips. I would recommend picking up your groceries at the local FredMeyer, or, Safeway because they will have more selection and affordability compared to the market that is just down the street from the apartment. I love that there are hosts on AirBnB offering a socially responsible option & giving back to the community (local & global). Thank you!

I have lived overseas for the last 20 years with my husband and 5 kids, yes 5, what was I thinking?!?! Our work was in orphanages and small business development for University students. Due to the topsy turvy world of geo-politics we had to leave our host country and relocate back to the good old USA. What better place than the Northwest? That's why you're reading this right now. You are thinking about a trip to Seattle. Whether the visit here is for business or pleasure, you are going to have a good time. Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, EMP Museum, great restaurants and live music are all just minutes away. Tack on a day before or after so you don't miss a thing, there's too much to "see" in Seattle. I just came up with that right now.
