OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1) CHECK-IN TIME is at 2:00 PM. Request for early check-in is subject to room availability.
2) CHECK-OUT TIME is at 12:00 noon. Request for late check-out is subject to room availability.
3) SMOKING is not allowed within the building/home, but allowed in designated outdoor areas.
4) WI-FI is free of charge. A log-in password is provided upon check-in.
5.) HOT AND COLD WATER– Our showers provide hot and cold water. Note that the water may take a few seconds to heat up, so please exercise caution in blending the temperature.
6.) CONSERVATION AND THE ENVIRONMENT– We advocate the conservation of water and electricity. Towels are changed every third day. The “environment card” on your bedside states our advocacy.
7.) DRINKING WATER – Two (2) complimentary purified drinking water bottles are provided daily. Additional water bottles can be purchased in our Food and Beverage outlets.
8.) FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, WEAPONS – Fireworks, firearms and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited within the vicinity.
9.) DRUGS AND OTHER ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES – Illegal drugs and other prohibited substances (example: chemical or highly flammable substances) are not allowed within the premises.
10.) NOISE LEVELS – This is a wooden heritage home which is not fully sound-proof. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Heritage homes are built as multi-functional spaces which are designed for indoor and outdoor living.
11.) CLEANLINESS, PRESERVATION, VANDALISM, LOSS– We maintain cleanliness at the premises at all times and strive to preserve this heritage home. We request and appreciate your full cooperation. Any damage to the property or loss of contents caused by the guest or any of the guest’s companions will be charged to the account of the hotel guest.
12) ADULT BEHAVIOR AND CHILD CARE: All guests and their companions are expected to behave in a responsible manner. Parents are requested to supervise their children. The Paradores’ Hotel Management and Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness which may occur while on the premises, facilities, or any perimeter properties.
13.) Please guard your valuables and personal belongings. The Paradores’ Hotel Management and Owners will not be responsible for your losses. For any assistance regarding the safe-keeping of valuable items, please call the Front Desk Manager.
14.) Although we are animal-lovers, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED due to the invaluable significance of this heritage home.
15.) Guests are obliged to practice the provisions of these House Rules. Non-compliance of the House Rules may result in the repudiation of the guest’s reservation.
