Our big family house is ideal for families traveling on vacation in search for a beach front house for the whole crew. We are far away from the town to avoid the noise but close enough to walk there have some drinks, take surfing lessons, do some kayaking or local shopping. On low tide waves are small, perfect for kids!

There's a reef right in front of the house which is perfect for snorkeling or swimming.

Other things to note

If you want a boat ride please let me know, I can arrange a boat for 5 people pick you up right infront of the house to go fishing or snorkeling. There are some pretty good spots for both pleasures !

Great beach house! Nothing fancy but lots of room and fantastic location. Swimming is safe and easy with snorkelling just at your door step. Friendly neighbourhood. Look for the fishermen around the corner and enjoy the fire stove with the catch of the day! You will appreciate the calm and the short drive to the village

Location is the selling point of this house. It's right in front of the beach, on the less crowded side of Samara, which is exactly what I was looking for. Rooms are quite spacious and the house has a large living room area, large and comfortable terraces (on second floor and first floor). Dining area in the kitchen is really small, and there are not enough chairs. You could say that you can eat in the terrace, but during the rainy season mosquitoes will eat you alive. A coffee maker would be nice. Most of the mattresses are not very comfortable.

The location is great with the beach just steps away. You'll want to stock up on dish soap and paper towels while you're in town. Because this home is basically right on the ocean, there are bugs inside the place. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans.

This house is in an amazing place. Basic for sure but what it lacks in amenities it more then makes up for location. Adrian was help full leading up to our stay and the house was easy to find. Thanks Adrian!!!

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach was almost at the doorstep. The location is just amazing. The home has all the basic needs and then some. Lots of room in the house and the patio was very nice space and tile floors. The bedrooms were large and with lots storage space for our things. Bathrooms were roomy. There was no hot water available.... as it is in many tropical locations. We travel alot and have stayed at many places in the tropics that do not have hot water so we didnt think anything of it. We didnt even need hot water because the water coming out of tap was perfect temp. If you love raw beauty, nature, and the ocean this house is perfect. We combed the beach every morning and evening. Many other beautiful beaches were just a short drive away. There is a small local town center with food, drink, supplies & tourist shops near by. Great organic place in town as well. You can drive to the town or walk the beach to points of interest such as restaurants, horseback riding, surf lessons, & a few local stores. It was truly a relaxing time here. My only regret is we stayed for 4 nights here and 6 night in quepos..... we should have stayed 6 nights here instead! I loved this house, this area, and the quiet sleepy little village of samara beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This is really in a gorgeous location on the beach. The house itself is fairly basic, but large enough to accommodate a decent sized group or family. For our young family, the location was perfect. The beach is relatively calm on this section of Samara, and we felt safe and comfortable with our three young children swimming here. For the price in the area, it really cannot be beat.
