The home was comfortable and cozy for our family of 6 adults and my grandson. The arrival scones were yummy and we were pleased to find tea and milk on hand. My grandson enjoyed playing in the yard and we all enjoyed our walks to the shops and town of Galway. We wish we could of had more time however, we had just enough to fall in love with the gentle, kind and considerate people of Ireland.

A great palce to stay, especially if you have a car. The city centre also within walking distance. The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed staying there!

Helen's place was fantastic. She and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, and they had everything ready to go for us when we got there. It was fantastic, and we were so appreciative of the hospitality!

Lovely place to stay. So welcoming and comfortable, down to cozy throws to curl up under while you read. Wish we had stayed longer!

Helen's place was absolutely perfect for my family of five. It was a great hub from which to explore Galway and the surrounding areas. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Helen and Paul’s house was a wonderful place to stay for our family of five. It was very clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and well equipped. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to Galway Center. Helen cheerfully met us upon arrival and quickly showed us the house as she could tell we were quite exhausted from our travels, but she was right next door should we have needed anything. We so appreciated the delicious scones, milk, cheese and crackers Helen left for us!

Helen's place is just fantastic and she is even better. I was able to meet her, her lovely family and get some great travel tips from her funny husband. She shared laundry facilities, left us tasty scones and donuts for tea, and she was the loveliest host. She has a box full of tour guides, books to read, and the house is completely spotless. We loved our stay at Helen's house and hope our paths cross again.
