This is a top floor apartment in a old, 1920 house.
If your EXPECTATION is to see a shiny clean looking Apt, then, it's not perfect place for your stay.
The Bathroom and Kitchenette's Plumbing is old fashioned, and have cozy looking but in good working condition. Hot water tank is the Apt that automatically get SHUT OFF when not in USE for days ; therefore, to TURN IT ON You'd need to PUSH A SMALL BUTTON at the belly of tank's body.
You'll have a relaxing time at this cozy, Top Floor Apartment.
