Read the reviews and my bio for in depth descriptions of this listing. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Is what you are paying for. The beds are comfortable, the space is small, the neighnorhood is noisy, and I have dogs. Common guest complaints.
If you are a first time Airbnb user, this is a great place to start with an awesome host to know. I've decided to open this room in my 3 bedroom home (which I live in) to airbnb. It's a comfortable size room, with a very nice benefit, it has an attached bathroom. So you can come and go in and out of your room with the comfort of having your bathroom attached to your bedroom. Also, my house comes with a full kitchen with a fridge I barely use, and you're more than welcome to cook and store food. The room has a full body mirror, and plenty of closet space for your luggage. The mattress has a pillow top, and for those that like a little softness on the back, you're gonna love this bed. As for amenities I have a 65 inch TV in my living room complete with PS3 and cable including HBO, CNN, ESPN etc. Air conditioning is not central A/C in this house, which is very old. Instead I have a wall unit in the main living room (which is adjacent to your room). Towels, sheets provided, but I have no travel soap. FREE WIFI, washer/dryer, parking available for $10, and a grill. The overview lists many local attractions. Many people said the room was basic, so I added a 24" LED TV with cable for viewing CNN ESPN ABC and more. See photo of t.v. for more channel listings.
On the property is a bbq, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, on-site parking ($10 per car overnight fee).
Interaction with guests
In truth, I only spend my afternoons and evenings at home. I work most every morning, and I'm out in LA busy trying to make my career goals come true. However, as a fair warning, when I am home, I do unwind with a little 420. If you don't know what that means message me and I'll clear it up. Also I have 2 dogs, Penny and Tiny. Penny loves people, and she's very playful, but she's also very trained so while you may see her a little, she won't be a nuisance. Tiny is her puppy, not very trained, yet. As a puppy, he's adorable. I like to cook sometimes, and if you're around I'll probably add some shrimp to the barbie for ya'. I don't stay up too late, but I'm normally not disturbed by loud noise either.
Other things to note
As I said, I can throw a rock at Hollywood Blvd, therefore I'm close to all the action (noise)/huste & bustle (noise)/activity (noise)/nightlife (noise) and noise of Hollywood. If peace, quiet, and serenity is your main focus, look for a place in the hills. It's very quiet up there.
I live in this house, so the house is shared while the room and bathroom is privately yours, and now with your own tv to break up silence and boredom.
• Check-in time is 2PM.
1. No Property Damage
2. No Stealing
3. No loud disturbing noise inside the house after midnight.
4. No loud disturbing noise outside the house after 3am.
5. Clean Kitchen after use.
6. Extra guests are discouraged as this may cause a liability issue. Bring friends over, hang out in your room if you like, but using the common areas for large gatherings is not allowed. Anways, there are so many places to do that in Hollywood, it shouldn't be an inconvenience.

Over 300 reviews. Hosted thousands of people. I'm a fun, young guy hosting a nice little piece of Hollywood with two awesome dogs. I work a lot and spend my evenings home grilling, working out, and enjoying my netflix. I live on the premises in a larger house. I often have friends over on the weekend or go enjoy the beaches in Socal. I'm an actor/driver/host/and writer. No worries here, just smooth sai. After having hosted hundreds of people, the best advice I can give everyone is to save all your emails from airbnb, especially your confirmation email. That has all your check in details, address, and contact information for your host. If you have to ask your host how to check in, or what's the address, you're going to look like a person who doesn't take the time to read what they're agreeing to and worse potentially a bad airbnb experience. Also, if this is your first time, I'm a great host to start with, but like I said read everything about the listing before and after your booking. Cheers! 12/3/15 If you have read this far, I want to take the time to say this network is not a giant hotel where we all work for the same company. It's a network, an online database of people who are willing to allow other people into their private homes so tourism can grow and travelers can have more options to the rising hotel costs. One benefit you get by staying with me, I'm on the property. Be mindful, some of these Airbnb listings have great pictures and a friendly-looking host, but some of the listings in Los Angeles are created by building managers who open one of the apartments in the building to Airbnb instead of putting a tenant in the unit. 3/21/16 I have over 161 reviews and 5 are not great (mostly because the guest expected a hotel experience) Genuinely one of the best spots in Hollywood. 11/4/16. Another summer with airbnb and Hollywood. I have been battle tested and Im still here. I have just about 300 reviews. 1.6.17 Over 300 reviews. Book with me because the last thing you want is to come to LA, and have no idea what to do, where to go, and how to get there. Book with me because you want to be close to Hollywood Blvd, like front yard close. Book with me because you like dogs. Book with me because you're going to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Bowl, the Pantages, the Esacpe Hotel, or any Hollywood night club. Book with me because you want to save money, be close, and avoid stress. This is literally like driving into your house in the middle of Hollywood.
