We are sincerely sorry that this family did not have a positive experience with us. Our guests are extremely important to us and we take reviews and constructive criticism seriously. It is what helps improve our connections with our guests and allows us to give them a deeper appreciation of their stay. However in this case we think it is much more than constructive criticism, almost to the point of "room rage". Really not sure where all of this comes from?? As much as there were some valid concerns, there were MANY inaccuracies and all of the concerns that were brought to our attention were addressed to the best of our ability. Realistically....unfortunately.... not all expectations can be (Website hidden by Airbnb) fast wi-fi or unlimited water usage for laundry...etc. As much as they are saying the living conditions were unbearable, the family remained for the majority of their stay (21 days) and he even came back and stayed a full week more (he further said that if we give him a $300 discount he would give us a good review). Needless to say some things are not a good match and unfortunately this was one of those extreme mismatches.
