Avalons Annex is situated in a quiet private yard. Brea manor next door dates back to the doomsday book. It’s part of our converted Cornish barn but the area we let is for guests only and is totally private. It has two bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. 2 conservatory’s , Small kitchen/ living/ dining area. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Outside seating for bbcue, sunsets, say hi to horses. Near Lands End airport. Minack. Porthcurnow. Nanjizal. Cape Cornwall. St,Just. Sennen cove.

One bedroom with king size bed. , sink, private bathroom next door. Second bedroom, one Double bed, ensuite bathroom. Towels and bedding supplied. Both have TV. Small conservatory attached with seating.
Small fitted kitchen with cooker, hob. Microwave. Fridge. Dishwasher. Sink.
Two settees in front of TV. Dining table that can be extended to sit 4.
Parking for two cars. One in courtyard and one around back.
Parking available for large work vehicles.

Need more space we have The Stables next door,also sleeps 4 .Min 3 nights. Detached upside down house with private garden and balcony overlooking the fields to the sea. Dog friendly. Book through Travel chapter.
We are three miles from the nearest shop so you need a car.

Guests are welcome to pop around to the fields to see the horses.
Also a good place to watch the sun set over Lands End.
We have a large barn so can safely store surf boards, bikes ect.
The camp site just down the road (Trevedra farm) has 6 public recharging points for electric cars. Enjoy lunch while you wait or walk down to the beach.
Available to contract workers. Off road parking for large vehicles.
Three miles from nearest shop/pub so you need a car.
