This cozy and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, the best location in town for sure! Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars and shops all arround. Most of the turists and students are gathered here. It also has great access to anywhere in town, 3 blocks to the subway and bus lines.

We rent a comfortable single room for one person (shared bathroom). You have a comfortable bed, a beautiful living room, good light and plenty of space to accommodate your clothes. The room is very quiet so everyone sleeps very well here; the room has a lot of light and it´s very sunny. You have Wi-fi connection, heat and air conditioner.

The apartment have: wi-fi high speed, fully equiped kitchen, linens and towels, air conditining, fridge, LCD TV. All included: taxes,electricity,expenses, gas,water and cleaning.
