Joe's place is absolutely great! The location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. There are masses of restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, transportation links etc. on your doorstep. It's a cosy and comfortable flat, perfectly clean, quiet at night, lovely towels and bedlinen, comfortable beds. I really can't think of a way to improve it. Joe's communication was great, check in and check out were simple. A definite 5*'s from me.

Don't be put off by the external appearance and the stairway to the front door of the apartment. Once inside you will see that this is excellent comfortable and stylish accommodation. A clever layout maximises the interior area to provide spacious and well appointed facilities for 4. Joe was an excellent host responding to a couple of queries we had very promptly.

Joe's apartment is such a comfortable and stylish home. Luxurious carpets throughout. 2 double bedrooms one with ensuite shower room and the other has a large shower room next to it. Good quality linens and towels. Small kitchen at one end of the sitting room but perfect for your cooking needs. Comfortable large sofas and a good size tele. Great location parallel to Princes St, just off bottom of Castle St and 10 min walk from Waverley Station. A good tip, if you need to store your suitcase there are lockers at National Gallery on Princess St for£1.00 - £2.00. Per day. Lots of bars and restaurants on Rose Street and nearby. Communication and lots of local tips from Joe was excellent. We would love to stay again sometime. If you are coming for the festival give yourself plenty of time to walk up to George Sq, Underbelly, Pleasance Courtyard etc as it can take 30 mins. Bring an umbrella!!

I live between London and Edinburgh.
Work takes me back and forth between the two cities but London tends to be more work and Edinburgh more relaxing!
You'll find our Edinburgh home listed here on AirBNB.
We love travelling, exploring and discovering new places and friends.
If you're looking to stay and we are away, we'll be sure to have confirmed a friend to meet you and pass on keys and information.
Edinburgh is a hive of activity with many great restaurants and sights to see all very near the flat.
