Our comfy, coastal MidCentury home sits on a large 7,850sf lot conveniently located at the end of a dead end street. Our backyard is layered w/ lush tropical trees & palms creating a serene home oasis for relaxing pool days, BBQ’s & dips in the jetted spa! When feeling adventurous you will enjoy being close to all of the shops, restaurants, bars & attractions Downtown Delray has to offer. This is a dog-friendly home for dogs whose max adult weight does not exceed 20lbs. There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet.

This price already reflects a steep discount due to neighboring construction taking place. There are no further discounts. We do apologize in advance for that which is completely out of our control.

This is a Non- Smoking House for all Indoor areas, including the Screened-In Porch Area.

Guests will receive complimentary cleaning services each week. This does not include laundry services. Please let the property manager know before your arrival which day and time works best to schedule the cleaners. Note: Guests do not need to leave the property while the cleaning service is being conducted.

All renters must be 25 years of age at the time of booking. No one is permitted to book on behalf of someone else who is under the age of 25 at the time of booking. Please absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
