The flat is located very close to city center, it is clean and very cozy. Host (Ales) is very communicative, responsive and hospitable (was responding fast and he helped us to check-in earlier than we've previously agreed) It was pleasure to stay at his place!

The description is absolutely accurate. The flat is located at the beautiful place, 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Apartments have 2 floors, space is very well organized. It has all you may need.

The apartment is nice and cozy, Ales is kind, flexible and always available when you need to communicate with him. The location of the apartment is great... practically 10 min walk (some even less) from anywhere you need to go. The only thing is that the apartment is located at the last floor of the building and therefore you must be willing to do some stairs... For us it was NO problem at all, but if you have some elder person that is not fit then could be a problem.

Ales is a great host. He is nice and very friendly. I can say that I had no problem about the flat and we had good communication with Ales. The flat is walking distance from the center and very near to public transportation. I advice this flat to anyone who is planning to visit Brno. It is very cozy and the host is very good.

The host was very nice and welcomed us in a very kind way. The flat was beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious and very well located. I was happy that I found a parking place directly in front of the house, because its near to the center and I was afraid that there is a shortparking area. We only had to go 10 Minutes to the center and there are Railwaystations around. I would take this flat again if I visit Brno. Thank you very much Ales!!

I am not sure if we had bad luck during this stay or if this flat just did not meet our standards. To start Ales said he would pick us up from the bus station as we were traveling from Prague to Brno in the afternoon. Once we arrived I emailed him and he then told me to take a taxi to the flat so we had to then find wifi/call a taxi which was difficult. We did not have a euro phone which I told ales but he kept on saying to call him when we arrived or call him when we got to the flat. As we were leaving that evening to explore the city we realized the main key to the apartment did not work. When in the city I emailed him letting him know and his best solution was to leave another key by the flat door (inside). I emailed him when we were leaving the city and told him we would arrive in a few minutes and he just said to wait until we found someone who would enter the apartment. We had to wait out in the cold until someone who lived in the apartment opened the door for us. This was a huge inconvenience especially when being out at night, in very cold weather, and exhausted. Once we finally got inside my husband wanted to bathe so he did so for about two minutes and then the water turned ice cold. Again I emailed ales and let him know. His solution was if it was not working in the morning to let him know. Thankfully my husband is an engineer and realized the water heater was turned down way to low which meant not enough hot water was stored. Ales solution was just disappointing especially when he lived right next door to us. As we continued our stay on the second day in the afternoon the wifi starting acting spotty. I emailed ales and he said he would check on it when he got home. He emailed that night and said it was working just fine, which it was in the evening but every morning and afternoon it stopped. Being American and not having a euro phone this made our entire experience very difficult. We could not use maps to determine which trolly to take, we could not email our parents, and we could not communicate with our Czech family which was why we were visiting in the first place. This was very frustrating. Ales, being very nice just did not have the customer service we were expecting. Perhaps this flat is ideal for people who are familiar with Czech living or speak the language but as a English speaking American who needs hot water and wifi this place was not an ideal experience. I also think what impacted this experience was the communication barrier. Communicating was difficult. Last note, the flat is located at the top floor with no elevator. I remember...
