The lodge is beautiful and the photos don't do justice to how big is it. The holiday park is both peaceful and convenient with the swimming pool and bar so close to the lodge. Praa Sands is an excellent beach but also a great base to explore the other stunning beaches in the area. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back again in the future. Thanks!

Our stay here was fantastic. Ron was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The place is immaculate with everything we needed. The park itself is very quiet day and night. Location is very good for attractions; we went to Lands End, St Michaels Mount, Penzance, Flambards & the Eden Project. Choice of supermarkets not to far away. A local shop just a short walk outside of the caravan park. The beach is close by (10min walk or can drive to it) and is very clean. Parking right at the beach was only £3 a day. Pool & gym onsite in the park (only opened from 9am). Overall a highly recommended place to stay for all ages (plenty of space for a large travel cot too).

We had a fantastic holiday. Ron was friendly, well organised and provided us with all we needed for a great stay. Location was perfect being just a short walk from a secluded beach and including the use of playgrounds, gym and pool facilities. Access to a bar and restaurant made it easy. The accomodation was lovely. Clean, tidy and beautifully done.

We all felt so lucky to be able to enjoy Ron's beautiful home as it was simply perfect. There was everything you needed and more to give you a great stay. The double bed is ,in our opinion, rather soft but that is just our preference for a hard bed. Linen and towels were very good indeed. The lighting system was the best we have ever seen!. Enjoy!

Ron was the perfect host. The contact was easy and everything was as described. The sea view is fantastic and we spent some really nice days there. The holiday home is perfect in size for two adults and two children. Even 2 couples would have enough space. It has everything ou need and a 'real' fully equiped kitchen! Thanks for everything.

I live in Wales with my youngest daughter Ele and son-in-law Pabs. My eldest daughter lives in the Yorkshire Dales with her husband and 13 year old son, our eldest grandson - Jack. My son lives in a nearby village in the Brecon Beacons with his wife and two sons Arthur & Frank. Our beautiful (eldest) grand daughter Letty is currently travelling the world with her boyfriend, and is enjoying her time in Australia.
I've enjoyed a varied and interesting life, much of it in hospitality - having hosted groups of people of many nationalities from many countries, worked in education, social care and the charitable sector. I am a retired electrician, social worker, musician and sportsman, I loves football and bluegrass/rock'n'roll. I am passionate about the environment, humanism, equality and human rights. I spend my time between Wales with my 92 year old mother-in-law and Cornwall where I like to fish. I visit Spain quite often to spend time with my sister-in-law and her husband who live there. I grew up in London and my brother and sister and nieces and nephew still live there. My late wife and I moved to Wales some 40 years ago in search of the good life! I'm quite new to hosting on Airbnb but it has been a great experience so far. My family enjoy spending time in our places in Cornwall - I hope you enjoy them too.
