Interaction with guests
If you need something either I or the upstairs neighbors are available to help. I live downstairs and am happy to introduce myself, but anticipate you will have plenty to keep you busy exploring San Francisco.
Other things to note
The upstairs neighbors have two children that can be heard at times. There is a small area in the back where trashcans are stored, but no real backyard area to speak of.

If you want to party please consider another location. Noise travels easily in these old homes and there are neighbors directly above, below, and on either side. Please be respectful of this and keep excessive music/noise to a minimum at all times.
Smoking is not allowed in the house. You can smoke out front, but please clean up all cigarette butts.
Please remove your shoes while in the home.
Parties are forbidden.
I moved to San Francisco in 2004 and have lived or worked in the Mission ever since. I am originally from the mountains of North Carolina, but with many places in between here and there. When I wasn't running barefoot in the woods as a child, I was traveling around the country with my parents selling leather to motorcycle riders. These days I work as an ER nurse, but my first career move was to turn the family business into an e-commerce company.
I love sailing on the bay and exploring the many beautiful hikes up and down California's coast. My favorite destinations are Bolinas, Point Reyes, and Big Sur. Occasionally I lose myself entirely to reading for a few days.
When I travel the varied and incredible food of San Francisco is the first thing I miss. It will be hard to ever leave this place.
