Spacious flat in Glasgow's famous West End, occupying a bright second floor position within a classic red sandstone building. As of August, 2017, most of central Glasgow is metered parking, including our area. So public transport is recommended with bus, rail and train terminal within 5 minutes walk. Suits 4 people (2 double beds), free wi-fi.

The space

Period features, including wooden floors and high ceilings. The flat has a comfortable lounge/dining area, with a 3 seater couch, and a single recliner, where you can relax, put your feet up and enjoy free wi-fi and UK Freeview channels.
The spacious bedrooms, with sunny aspects offer views towards the River Clyde and Glasgow's cityscape. Both rooms have plenty of storage and comfortable double beds. A small utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The small, but compact kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom has a powerful shower, and the property has central heating.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the home, with key entry. The property also has a secure entry system from the street. There is on street parking available.

Interaction with guests

Guests will be given full control of property, with owner available for initial entry, support during the stay, and for key return at the end of the rental.

The flat was very quiet, clean and comfortable, located very close to a range of bars and restaurants in the west end, and also within a short walk of the train and subways into the city centre. Would highly recommend this flat!

Excellent location for the West End of Glasgow. Train and subway transport links located nearby for easy travel across Glasgow and beyond. Good selection of bars and restaurant located nearby on Byres Road.

The flat is spacious and light and has been recently redecorated and is immaculately clean and very comfortable. Clive left us generous welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs, bacon etc. Also, great cafe/ deli / restaurant literally at the end of the road! Ideal base to explore Glasgow with excellent transport links and about 10 minutes walk to Kelvingrove Art Gallery.

This is a great flat, really comfortable and homely. Really nice host and a great location. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Comfortable flat. Great location near to Tesco, subway etc. Had everything we needed in it. Clive left us lots of bits and pieces in the fridge/cupboards as well as toiletries in the bathroom.
